Update for SolidSteel parametric for SOLIDWORKS

In addition to general improvements to the user interface and stability, the new version essentially contains the following changes:

stability improvement with assignment of position numbers
fixed bug in metadata creation
fixed bug in detection of equal parts: supressed components of connections are now ignored
improved accuracy of equal parts detection and added options
"exclude from BoM" property of components is now correctly taken into account
fixed bug that led to crash on loss of license
fixed bug of contour cuts in special locations
fixed bug in rib calcuation
online documentation updated
german standards for T-beams (following DIN EN 10055, DIN 59051 and similar to DIN 1025)
